Stephen Vickers

Partner

Stephen has over 20 years of experience in the field of building services engineering within the UK and Middle East and has extensive experience in retail, leisure, office development, healthcare and infrastructure projects. Stephen has led design teams on a number of sectors throughout the building services industry across a number of countries including the UK, Middle East, Africa and Europe. His design expertise includes 11kV Infrastructure Design, LV Infrastructure Design, Small Power Design, Internal and External Lighting Design, Emergency Lighting Design, Security/CCTV System Design and Fire Alarm System Design to a variety of standards including British Standards and NFPA. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (with Honours) in Building Services Engineering and is a Member of the IET (MIET).

Paul Crayford

Partner

Paul has worked extensively in the building services engineering sector, having been involved in a variety of developments from aviation, commercial, hospitality and cultural schemes to high-rise design and construction projects. With over 17 years of experience he has led teams of engineers to deliver integrated building design solutions within the built environment, holding significant leadership positions in international design consultancies. Paul thrives to ensure that engineering remains at the centre of all efficient and considered design. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (with Honours) in Mechanical Engineering, is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (FCIBSE).

Hamish Raeburn

Partner

Hamish is a dedicated and experienced Building Services professional with over twenty years of Building Services Engineering experience within the Construction industry. He has extensive experience in education, leisure, office development, healthcare and residential projects across the UK and MENA regions.

Electrical Engineer

Amr is an Electrical professional with extensive experience in the planning and design of electrical services for a wide range of projects from concept to contract stage in the Middle East. Amr possesses strong organisational skills, an ability to multi-task and thrive in a challenging environment. A self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with capability to handle a wide range of projects including high-rise, retail, commercial, residential and industrial development.

Milind Kulkarni

Head of Pune Office

With over 18 years of building services engineering consultancy experience, Milind has a history of high-quality project delivery. He has extensive experience of engineering design and leadership across a number of diverse projects including hospitality, commercial and residential schemes. Milind heads the Pune Office and manages all design activities from India. He holds a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering with specialisation in Heat & Power, a CEng (India) and is a Certified AP of IGBC.
